our full service planning offering includes:

• venue and date scouting if location has not been chosen yet

• recommend a customized and tailored list of trusted partners and secure all partnerships to build wedding day team & review contracts

• schedule and attend all partner meetings throughout the course of planning

• planning software utilization and access to ensure organization throughout the entirety of the planning and design process

• unlimited emails, phone calls/virtual calls and meetings

• site visits to venue (virtual or in person when applicable)

• concept board creation to convey design concepts and give a full visual of all aspects coming together and updating as things evolve

• guidance and brainstorming on all design concepts for ceremony, reception, paper goods, florals, tablescapes, linens, attire, installations and any additional unexpected elements. in collaboration w/ couple and chosen partners - to ensure we are bringing forth intention in every aspect and detail of wedding day

• budget tracking and forecasting

• securing room blocks if needed

• detailed floor plans and layout of each space for all partners to reference

• in depth timeline for all wedding partners involved with the day to ensure all details and logistics come together effortlessly

• final walkthrough scheduling and attendance with all partners necessary (virtual or in person when applicable)

• ceremony rehearsal

• execution with our full support and guidance on wedding day up to 10 hours
