• 1-2 site visits to venue prior to wedding

• concept board creation to convey overall design direction and a full visual for aesthetics coming together - updating and honing in as elements evolve

• guidance and brainstorming on all design concepts for ceremony, reception, paper goods, florals, tablescapes, linens, attire, installations and any additional unexpected elements. in collaboration w/ couple and partners - to ensure we are bringing forth intention in every aspect and detail of wedding day

• securing room blocks when needed

• detailed floor plans and layout of each space

• in depth timeline for all wedding partners involved with the day to ensure all details and logistics come together effortlessly

• final walkthrough scheduling and attendance with partners involved (virtual or in person when applicable)
